The roots of my passion for baking stretch back to some of my earliest memories. I've always had a sweet tooth, and baking quickly became a natural extension of that love. My journey began with my Aunt, whose cakes were legendary in our family. She generously shared her favorite recipes with me, sparking my interest in baking. Over the years, I spent countless hours perfecting her recipes, and now, I'm proud to be known as the go-to baker in my family—a role that brings me so much joy.
Baking has become more than just a hobby; it's a significant part of who I am. After nearly 25 years of dedicated practice, I'm now a licensed Home Baker in Riverside County. Despite not having formal culinary training, my passion for creating and sharing delicious treats has driven me to continually improve and innovate.
